Digital Products - Final Sale

 

All products sold by CrochetMeKnot (EROUHI LABS LTD) are digital items (PDF crochet patterns) delivered electronically, either as an immediate download or by email, straight after your payment is completed.

 

Because these files are delivered to you instantly, all sales are final once the download has started or the files have been emailed. By completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery of digital content, and you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to cancel or cooling-off period that would otherwise apply under UK or EU consumer law once delivery has begun.

 

Faulty or Missing Files

If your download does not work, a file is corrupted, or you did not receive your pattern within a reasonable time, please contact us at walidoxff2007@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resend the correct files or issue a refund at our discretion.

 

Change of Mind

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, misjudging your skill level, or not having the right materials, since the pattern is delivered digitally and cannot be returned.
